When Searching for Real Estate on our website (no matter what information you are using to find listings), you can click "Register" just above the header, Search Property.  When you register on RichterScaleRE.com you can save property searches, save individual listings, and receive updates and news articles from our office.  When you subscribe to a mailing list, you chose the information that you want to receive!  If you're a Buyer, subscribing to our Buyer Mailing List means we will send you semi monthly news letters with tips about buying and important information like what trends we've seen in the market recently and what the pros and cons are to buying in the current market.  Sellers will receive advice from the pros on what kinds of things they can do to make their home or property sell faster in any market.  This is the easiest way to stay in the Real Estate loop.

The best part of the blog is the RSS Feed.  (That stands for Really Simple Syndication.)  It really is very simple.  If you use Microsoft Outlook you already have an RSS Feed Reader.  If you download one, we recommend RssReader.com or RssBandit.org.  You can also get RSS Feed Readers from Google or Yahoo!  Once you have access to an RSS Feed Reader, just visit our blog www.RichterScaleRE.com/website/blog and scroll to the very bottom of the home page where you'll see a link for the RSS Feed.  Just click it and on the following page click "Subscribe to this Feed".  Now every time a new article is posted you'll get a little alert on your computer telling what it is about with a little blurb for you to preview.  RSS Feeds are the fastest most comprehensive way to stay on top of a subject.  Many news websites and most blogs have RSS Feeds that you can subscribe to.  Just look for the little Orange RSS Square like on the bottom of our blog site.  You can also subscribe to RSS Feeds by pressing Alt + J when viewing any website that provides an RSS Feed.
